Rollout of Certified Engraving to all 4P engraving machines

To achieve the best quality available on the market we are always looking for the latest innovations and the newest technology. Being one of the key drivers in HELL Gravure System’s latest innovation called Certified Engraving, we were proud to be the beta-test partner a few month ago. Therefore, we are more than happy to announce the successful end of the test-run and the consequently rollout to all our engraving machines.

Certified Engraving significantly improves process reliability in gravure cylinder manufacturing by using an integrated camera system and other measuring tools in the engraving machine itself. The critical production parameters for cylinder and engraving are measured automatically at the earliest stage of production. Until now, those parameters could only be checked by proof prints or quality assurance at the very end of our process.

The result for you: Higher quality by more precise measuring techniques and even more reliable on time delivery dates due to the early stage of detection.
