"Six Sigma" training for our team to optimize processes and quality

Last week, our team has been trained in Six Sigma by Sven Brose and Felix Kleeman from Oloido. 3 days full of great experiences and new skills for the whole team!

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗶𝘅 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗺𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁?

Six Sigma is a management system to rethink processes and improve the company’s performance in efficiency and quality. That’s exactly what we are always looking for at 4Packaging! We decided to teach all heads of departments in Six Sigma to find the few potential aspects left to optimize our workflows down to the smallest details!

Friederike Schulenberg joined the training and says: „In 3 days of training, we’ve learned many new skills and deepened our knowledge! I’m sure the training will help us to approach future projects with goal-oriented methods.”
